Sam's doing fine

Sam is coming along well, at 8 lbs. or so last visit. He seems to be on track to be double his birthweight at 3 months. As of today, he is 6 weeks old. Kana had taken this picture while Sam was playing with a toy attached to the bassinet, and apparently he had fun playing with it.

サム元気で先週先生に行ってきましたので３．６キロになりました。だいたいあかちゃんは三ヶ月に生まれたの体重をにばいになります。サムの体重もにばいになるみたい。かれはこのおもちゃをあそんだ時カナはこのしゃしんをとりました。楽しそうだったみたい。

Luke & Sam

Luke is being a very nice older brother. He has yet to intentionally hurt Sam, and instead spends his time hugging and kissing Sam. He also fusses over him when he cries, or when he's drinking a bottle, mimics the drinking. All in all, in a state of familial bliss at the moment - which I'm sure is to change sooner than later.

ルーくんはけっこいいおにいさんになりました。彼はいつもハグしたりクスをしたり、ぜんぜんやしいです。サムは泣く時ルーくんは心配しているみたい。今はけっこいい時と思います。ぜんぜんけんかしってないから。
